A two-storey “high-tech” development situated adjacent to the Hollingbury junction of the A27 East-West Coast Route, just two miles east of the A23/A27 intersection and offering stunning views over the South Downs National Park, Exion 27 was developed by Cromwell in 2001 and sold in 2018 after a number of successful asset management initiatives to maximise returns.
