When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

We collect minimal data from you when completing our contact forms. This includes your name, contact telephone number, email and your message to us. along with any other relevant information in relation to your enquiry. We use this information to manage your request only.

We do not provide an option to leave comments or create an account on our website. Our website is purely for informational purposes only and therefore visitors are restricted from interacting by way of commenting or registering. The only method of interaction we offer on our website is the ability to send a message requesting information or assistance relating to the services we provide offline. This will include the need for you to provide your name, email, a phone number and your message. 

If you require a copy of the data we keep on file for you after making contact with us, you may do so by submitting a FOI request in the standard manner.
